    Why is my Virtual Number not working?
    If the monthly payment for the Virtual Number service cannot be processed, the forwarding option will be suspended. Calls through this service will be blocked after 10 days. The Virtual Number service will be deleted from your account if the payment can’t be processed after 20 days from billing date.
